I’m sure you have heard the Florida Real Estate Exam is very hard for any estate, and how most agents have had to repeat the exam multiple times before they pass it. While there are a lot of things involved in successfully passing any exam, here is the #1 thing that helped me pass the Florida real estate exam on the first try! Now as you watch this video keep in mind that I am a very professional person influenced by the silliness of my four kids.
The #1 thing you need to do to pass the real estate exam is To Relax!
Yes and I know it is hard to relax when you are a few days away from taking your real estate exam. Especially, if everywhere you go you find people who tell you how hard they think it is, or how they had to take it multiple times to pass it. Well you need to keep in mind that that’s their point of view and their own experience, and you cannot let it stress you out.
Meanwhile, everyone thinks and learns differently, we all need to make sure we focus. I’ve read that some level of stress usually makes people focus on a particular task, but over stressing might keep you from seeing details and completing the task at is best.
You truly need to stop stressing about the exam or any exam you might need to take.
I stopped studying around 2:00 pm on the day before taking my Florida Real Estate Exam, and I didn’t read, listen or watch anything related to the class or the exam. All I did was focus on relaxing and having a good time. I had a few drinks (moderately) and played Xbox and other fun games with the kids.
On the day of the exam, I didn’t study either! My exam was at 9:00 am and I woke up around 5:30 as I am used to. I went for a run, listening to music and came back home to eat breakfast, take a shower and then headed for the exam.
I truly believe that being relaxed was my best tool to pass the Florida Real Estate Exam on my first try. I read through the questions carefully and reviewed each option. In my head I kept thinking that my purpose there was to just see what the exam was like. I wasn’t focusing on I need to pass it on this try or feeling I’ll be embarrassed if I didn’t pass it. Thinking about the pressure and embarrassment might keep you from being relaxed enough, to truly read and understand each question.
The bottom line is that the #1 thing to pass the Florida real estate exam is to relax and stay calm!
