Zillow is one of the websites I see most people using. Sometimes I go there myself to kind of see and compare what’s in the market. However, occasionally I find that some info is not timely accurate. It might also be a bit time consuming if you like to check on other websites in case one home is in one but not the other. This is why I wanted to share the Keller Williams Mobile App to help you see homes in one place! Here are some of the features and tools that my mobile app has to help you look for homes:
All homes in one place
Not all homes for sale show up on Zillow and other websites. So if you are only looking on Zillow, you might be missing some good homes in the market. The Keller Williams Mobile app Includes homes directly from the Multiple Listing Service or MLS. This means you would see home sold by any agent from any real estate company. Once they are submitted to the MLS, they go live in the app. Please note that not all listings in the MLS are sent to Zillow.
Look for what fits your needs:
Usually you know the price range you want, how many bedrooms and the location. You can set these and other criteria to personalize your home search to match YOUR individual needs. This way you don’t waste time with homes you know would not work for you and your family.
You can add a pinpoint or draw a perimeter on the map to see what’s selling on the selected area on the map.
Easy to share home with me
When you are looking for homes and you see something you like, you sure want to let your Realtor know about it. The app makes it so easy for your to save the homes you like, request more info and even schedule a showing. You would communicate directly with me.
The Keller Williams Mobile App has other useful features like the Mortgage Payments Calculator and the search for open houses. You can click here to download the app now, and I strongly suggest you create a quick account to improve your interaction with the app.
Please let me know if you have any questions about the app.
