You are probably doing the same thing I did when I started to get serious about building and organizing my database. Since I’m a solo agent, as of the time of this post, following up with my leads was a real challenge. That’s why in the search of a solution, it was clear that I needed to find a CRM that could really help me, instead of dragging back up on the setup process. I can say that I actually found the best CRM for Real Estate. After personally trying different options like Top Producer CRM, Zoho and others I can say that for me the best CRM for real estate agents is Contactually. You can Click Here For their FREE TRAIL!
What Makes Contactually The Best CRM for Real Estate Agents?
When looking for the best CRM for real estate, I was looking for it to have the following 4 qualities. Number 5 was a bonus feature I found in Contactually CRM:
- Easy to Setup with tools for real estate agents.
- Easy to import and sync contacts and leads across devices.
- Easy to manage and organize contacts.
- Easy to program automated follow ups and reminders.
- Daily Plan, Reminders and Notifications.
Easy to Setup with tools for real estate agents:
Here was a big WOW! Instead of having to manually import files and create the groups I needed for my contacts, i Contactually had pre-made “buckets” to dump my contacts on. All related to real estate! They already had buckets for my seller, buyer, open house leads and more. Each bucket are very useful settings and programs to remind me and keep me in touch with those leads.
Easy to import and sync contacts and leads across devices.
During the sign-up process for their free trial, all my contacts, emails, and messages were imported to the Contactually CRM. All my contacts were listed in the dashboard as “recently added”, prompting me to put them in the appropriate bucket. It constantly syncs my contacts from my phone or outlook and puts them into the CRM. All new contacts are labeled as “recently added” and they stay that way until I put them in the proper bucket.
Easy to manage and organize contacts.
Searching and managing my contacts and leads is super easy with Contactually CRM. I can put them in multiple buckets, if applicable. To help speed up categorizing all contacts, they have what they call The Bucket Game. It goes through each un-bucketed contact and you just need to click the appropriate contact. It moves to the next contact until you have completed 50 of them.
Easy to program automated follow ups and reminders
On Contactually CRM you can setup a timer on how often you want to be reminded to stay in touch with your contacts and leads. Since it syncs your emails, phone calls and texts. Contactually CRM automatically reminds you to reach out to a contact you haven’t talked to in the time framed programed for that bucket. For example, lets say you have a bucket for your active listed sellers and you want to communicate with those sellers at least once per week, you set the timer to 7 days. It also comes with email templates that can be sent automatically by pre-designed automations. For example, for open house leads it has an automated set of emails sent to those leads you put on that bucket. You can also create your own automated programs,
Daily Plan, Reminders and Notifications
This was a huge plus! If I didn’t log in to the CRM, they have notifications and emails to help me stay on top of my database. I receive an email every day with some important data like, what follow ups I have, new contacts and others. I didn’t need to set this up. It was already there when I signed up for Contactually CRM
The bottom line is that for me the best CRM for real estate is Contactually. For it has so many features and automated processes working for me from day one, without requiring a whole lot of time from me setting the system up.
